The Reacher series has been approved for a third season, and the actor will definitely resume training to play Jack Reacher soon. Alan Ritchson recently revealed that he and the character he plays in the show have a huge appetite and eat very large portions, which they then burn off during intense workouts (via USA Today).

In a special video for Men's Health, he showed off his set of biceps and triceps exercises. It is made up of consecutive sets, including exercises involving pulling a rope while standing and lifting dumbbells and barbells. There were also cardio exercises to improve physical condition. However, his favorite exercise is chest dip.

In an article for Men's Health preceding the recording, Alan Ritchson presented his workout plan, which he has been using for 30 years. The plan naturally consists of the previously mentioned dips, pull-ups, press-ups, sprint, and sit-ups.
