The CCA banned the exaggerated presentation of violence and even the use of the words "horror" or "crime" in titles. Law enforcement had to be presented only in a positive way, and criminals had to be punished. One of the most notorious criminals - the Joker - always ended up in prison.

Nick Fury in Secret Invasion not only operates outside the law and fights the official services infiltrated by the Skrulls. The show also presents that the man climbed the career ladder thanks to shapeshifting aliens and gaining access to various information by illegal means. If Disney+'s show was made decades ago, it would probably resemble a parody of what we can currently watch.
