Trailer for Netflix's Fool Me Once. This is how the adaptation of Harlan Coben's crime novel looks like

Harlan Coben is back on Netflix. Fool Me Once miniseries, based on the thriller of the same title, will be available for streaming on January 1, 2024. So far, we had to be content with just the pictures from the upcoming show, but at last, a trailer has been shown, which heralds a faithful adaptation of the mystery novel.

Fool Me Once is the story of Maya Stern, a recently widowed woman who is now a single mother. As a former soldier, she tries to find herself in reality without her husband, but one day she discovers something disturbing. In the hidden camera footage she received after her partner's death, she spots her husband in the company of their daughter. Concerned by this discovery, she starts her own investigation to uncover the truth.

Fool Me Once features Michelle Keegan, Richard Armitage, Adeel Akhtar, Joanna Lumley, Emmett J. Scanlan, Dino Fetscher, Marcus Garvey, Hattie Morahan, James Northcote, Danya Griver, Daniel Burt, Adelle Leonce, Natalia Kostrzewa, and Laura Gibbons. Production is led by Danny Brocklehurst, Nicola Shindler, and Richard Fee.

The Netflix series will have 8 episodes and relocate the story from the United States to the United Kingdom.
