Marvel's Echo on First Violent Trailer

The overabundance of MCU productions and their ever-declining quality mean that Marvel executives have not had an easy life lately. The franchise needs immediate changes that will breathe new life into the declining brand and renew viewers' interest in upcoming projects. Without a doubt, considerable hopes are pinned on the upcoming TV series titled Echo, which is expected to be the first story under the MCU banner intended exclusively for adult viewers.

Looking through the prism of Daredevil's or Punisher's popularity, which were created by Netflix, the idea of wrapping the story in a dark and violent atmosphere could really work. Will it actually do so? We'll find out next year. In the meantime we can look for a preliminary answer to this question on the new trailer of Echo, in which the bodies hit the floor in significant number. Anyway, see for yourself.

For those who have not been following the information on the show, let us remind that it is a spin-off to Hawkeye and will tell the story of Maya Lopez (Alaqua Cox) after she learns that it is not Clint Barton who is responsible for the death of her father, but Wilson Fisk, for whom she has worked so far. The heroine will have to face her past in order to move forward. She will also learn more about her roots as a Native American. The show will also feature Charlie Cox, who will once again don the costume of Daredevil.

In addition to these two, Echo also starrs Vincent D'Onofrio, Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Graham Greene, Cody Lightning, Devery Jacobs and Zahn McClarnon. The executive producer and writer of the show is Marion Dayre.

The show will premiere on January 10, 2024 on Disney+.
