Daniel Radcliffe Hated Shooting These Harry Potter Scenes

For many Harry Potter fans Quidditch represents one of the most exciting elements of the universe created by J.K. Rowling, especially in the screen adaptations of the writer's books. However, Daniel Radcliffe, who plays the titular wizard, does not necessarily share this enthusiasm.

The actor admitted, that shooting scenes related to magical sports was a nuisance for him. Interestingly, the same was said by Tom Felton playing the role of Draco Malfoy - Harry's rival.

Felton shares this opinion and is glad that he is done with the sport after the first two movies.

It should be noted that at the time of shooting the quidditch scenes, the actors were still very young, and the intensity of the sequences was written into their memories - especially in the case of Radcliffe, who was heavily shaken by the flying broom.

The most fragments showing this magical sport appeared precisely in the first movies, especially in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Subsequent games were shown in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. In the next movie quidditch appeared sporadically - Harry with friends went to the world championships in the Goblet of Fire, and Half-Blood Prince mainly showed Ron's adventures in the Gryffindor team.

However, this does not change the fact that watching quidditch matches in the movies gave the viewers a lot of fun. There are even real clashes organized around the world based on the rules of the sport for wizards.
