Obliterated is Netflix's crazy new series, regarding which viewers and critics on Rotten Tomatoes disagree

Obliterated, a new Netflix series, premiered yesterday and the streaming service released all eight episodes. The first reviews of the unusual production began to appear online, which immediately showed that once again, reviewers and audience have different opinions. On Rotten Tomatoes, only 46% of the professional reviews were positive, while those from the second group were at 77%. So the difference is clear.

Obliterated tells the story of an elite military group whose task is to stop a bomb attack in Las Vegas. The team seems to have managed to stop the danger and start celebrating their success. However, it turns out that the previous bomb was just a decoy, and the real one still poses a threat, so they have to go back into action while being intoxicated.

Less favorable reviews say that the introduction is too long and filled with repeated jokes about how tipsy the entire crew is. The series also presents strongly stereotypical characters, and all decisions are explained to the viewer so they don't have to think. However, for viewers, Obliterated is simply a casual series that can help you relax, laugh and have fun.
