Mortal Kombat 2 Will Feature This Iconic Character

More and more is known about the second part of Mortal Kombat, the sequel to the movie adaptation of a video game series under the same name. From the information available so far, we can deduce that the movie will be a real treat for fans of the original. At least when it comes to the characters we will see on screen.

We have known for some time now that Mortal Kombat 2 will feature Shao Kahn, Quan Chi, Sindel and Jerrod, Kitana, Jade and Johnny Cage. Baraka has also been added to this rich plethora of fighters. However, it is not yet known who will play this iconic character for the fighting game series.

Information on the appearance of this character was confirmed by Todd Garner, the producer of Mortal Kombat 2. He posted a Tweet showing a chair signed with the name of this very character.

One must admit that the list of fighters who will appear in the movie is impressive. One can only hope that the filmmakers will make sure that they have something to do on screen. According to recent promises by Todd Garner, the second part will fix the mistakes of the prequel.

For now, however, it is not known when we will be able to see the truth of the producer's words. For the moment, it remains to wait patiently, playing Mortal Kombat 11, or recalling the story presented in the first part, which is available on HBO Max.
