The original trilogy of Indiana Jones' adventures is still hugely popular today. The appearance of Sean Connery in The Last Crusade definitely made the whole show more interesting, and the team responsible for the movie has already found out. In one of the scenes, the famous actor decided to improvise and provided an unexpected answer to the question posed to his character (vide Empire Online).

In 2008, Empire published on its website interviews with actors who starred in the The Last Crusade. During the discussion, the actor playing the role of Walter Donovan Julian Glover mentioned his favorite moment from the set:

"My favorite memory is Sean coming up with the phrase 'She talks in his sleep' on the spot. It was perfect. Harrison asked him: 'How did you know she was a Nazi,' and he dropped his answer and we had to stop filming. Everyone fell to the ground laughing, and Steven stated: 'Well, that stays,'"

Indiana Jones' father's answer clearly suggests that he, too, had an intimate relationship with Elsa Schneider, which is also later revealed by the Nazi herself. It is, however the puzzled look on the main character's face completes the whole thing, when Henry Jones simply smiles.. A brief improvisation on the part of the actor was enough to create an iconic moment for the series.

Like the scene described above, so is the entire original Indiana Jones trilogy is iconic. Fortunately, it is now possible to revisit it at any time and see how father and son work together to stop the Nazis from carrying out their plan. The first three movies and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull are available on Disney+.
