Stranger Things Creators Suggest You Do This Before Season 5 Premieres

Stranger Things has been a huge success, setting several records among Netflix's original productions along the way. The show has captivated many viewers since its debut in 2016, who have meticulously followed the fate of Eleven and her friends. However, every story comes to an end and for the Hawkins kids the finale of the adventure will come with the fifth season.

The creators are keeping information about the plot of the upcoming season under wraps, but they recently hinted that it might be connected to one of the earlier seasons. They were prompted to share this news by the results of an inconspicuous social media poll.

Recently, official account of the screenwriters Stranger Things' Twitter account featured a poll, in which users could choose their favorite season finale. More than 83,000 people participated in the survey, won by Battle of Starcourt with a score of 44.5%. The second season finale got the fewest votes, only 12%.

However, it turns out that it is this installment that may be crucial to the events shown in the upcoming episodes. In a response to a user's comment, the creators admitted that the second season is underrated and encouraged the viewers to rewatch it before the fifth season.

These words most likely mean that events and characters that were part of the second season will play an important role in the finale. This may include the Mind Reaver, Will Byers - who gradually receded into the background - and Kali, a survivor of the experiments conducted at Hawkins Lab. The latter character disappeared from the screen as quickly as she appeared.
