Remember Sheriff From The Mandalorian? Actor Hopes for Return in Dave Filoni's Star Wars Movie

Dave Filoni will be in charge of a huge movie project that will combine the events of The Book of Boba Fett, The Mandalorian and Ahsoka. This is a chance to see the return of various characters who have appeared (or will appear, since Ahsoka is yet to premiere) through the aforementioned productions. One such character is Freecity defender Cobb Vanth.

Playing this role, Timothy Olyphant, spoke in a Bingeworthy podcast about his possible future in the Star Wars universe. At this point, the actor has not yet received any news from Dave Filoni, but he is ready to work together (via The Playlist):

The actor is open to suggestions, which is not surprising. During the filming of the show, he had the chance to revisit his childhood days and would certainly do it again. While the lack of contact from Dave Filoni may be worrying, there is some consolation in the fact that all projects are frozen for the foreseeable future. Perhaps in a few months the filmmaker will get back to Olyphant.

There is still no end in sight to the strike of screenwriters and actors, making it impossible to plan anything in Hollywood.. The story of Cobb Vanth may yet be developed by Disney, but for now it remains unknown to his actor.
